What does it mean when it says the vacuum is detachable?

The vacuum module is no longer fixed and limited to the main body of the robot vacuum. It features an independently removable vacuum module that includes a fan motor, a five-stage filtration system, and a large-capacity dust cup.

This vacuum module is shared among the robot vacuum, stick vacuum, and handheld
vacuum. It can be detached and paired with dierent accessories to transform into various forms, enabling eicient and versatile cleaning.

Where is my information stored? (Any security information)

The E20 robot vacuum ensures secure handling of user data. Wi-Fi info is stored locally, not in the cloud. Cleaning maps and logs are transmitted via HTTPS, with maps used only for app interaction interaction and logs uploaded with user consent for troubleshooting. International user data is stored locally and encrypted per regional regulations. There areno notifications or features that would cause some of Robovac's data to be temporarily sent to the cloud, and the E20 doesn't have a built-in camera.

What is the warranty policy?

The warranty period for the entire machine is 24 months.

No, it does not have mopping capabilities.
