Made with Zinsser’s unique proprietary acrylic resins for exceptional flexibility and durability the Bulls Eye 1-2-3 can be used under or over any oil or latex paint and will bond to virtually any surface. Its adhesion characteristics are legendary – gloss paint, PVC, ceramic tiles, glass, lead, galvanised metal – it takes them all in its stride without the need of time consuming sanding, just make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and degreased first.
