What are the expected delivery times?

Expected Delivery Times are 2-5 business days to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland for orders over and under €79.99

For orders shipped to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands & Poland expected delivery times are 5-7 business days. View our Delivery & Collection page for more information.

What is the delivery charge breakdown?

Orders over €79.99 to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland are FREE delivery. (Excluding Bulk Items) 

Orders under €79.99 to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland are €6.99 delivery charge. (Excluding Bulk Items) 

Orders to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands & Poland is a delivery charge of €19.99. (Excluding Bulk Items) 

Orders including large bulky items (large appliances, white goods, etc.) to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland have a delivery charge of €29.99. 

Orders including large bulky items (large appliances, white goods, etc.) to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands & Poland have a delivery charge of €99.99.

How to track my order?

Please have your tracking number and designated courier to hand.

Designated Courier and Tracking Number can be found in your Order Dispatch Email underneath the text which reads: "Thank you for placing your online order with Heavins.ie. Your order has been dispatched and will be with you shortly."

Can we deliver to the UK?

No, unfortunately we do not ship to the UK.

Gas Heaters

Q) Why does my gas heater keep turning off?

Ensure the indoor gas heater is in a well-ventilated room. Failure to do so will cause the heater to cut out. Each Heater has a safety device, that will cause the heater to cut out if it detects too carbon monoxide in the room.

Q) How long does it take to for the heater to reignite?

If the heater does cut out, please allow at least 30 mins before attempting to reignite. The heater will not reignite until the gas/carbon monoxide level has reduced.

*This is not a fault this is a safety feature.

Q) How long will it take for gas to enter the heater?

Please allow 30-60 secs to allow gas to run through before trying to ignite the Heater.

Our Services

Do we provide installation?

No, we do not provide installation. In regards to large, bulky items (large appliances, white goods, etc.) At this present time the courier can not enter your premises so large bulky items will be left at the house door or the apartment block door. Please note that we will dispurse of your old appliance as part of our WEEE Appliance Recycling Scheme. 

In regards to the Robotic Mowers, Robot Mowers and Robotic Lawnmowers we also do not provide installation. This must be installed by a third party.
