Feeding garden birds is most of what this range does, and the choice of food decides which birds arrive. A general seed mix brings the widest spread, peanuts pull in tits and finches, nyger seed is small enough for goldfinches specifically, black sunflower is high in oil for winter energy, and fat balls carry birds through cold spells when insects are scarce. Feeder type matters as much: caged and lantern feeders keep larger birds and squirrels off, ground feeder cages protect smaller species, and a full dining station combines several feeders in one place, which is what turns occasional visitors into regulars. Site a feeder within a few metres of cover but not close enough for a cat to use it. Pet supplies run alongside, with dog beds and cushions, training pads, containment wire and toys for dogs and cats.

The bird range is built around Birdy across seed mixes, peanuts, nyger and fat balls in five kilogram sizes, with Peckish, Chirpy and Henry Bell on food, and Smart Garden, Redwood and Moy across feeders and dining stations. Pet lines come from JML, Petsafe and Ashley. The main departments underneath are Birds, Dogs, Cats and Pest Control.
