We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Absolutely! While our system doesn't directly support splitting payments between two credit cards or a voucher, (e.g., One4all) and a credit card in a single transaction, there's an easy workaround.

You can purchase a Heavins.ie gift card using one payment method (e.g., your credit card), and then on your second purchase use the Heavins.ie gift card code along with your other payment method to complete the balance of the order. (e.g., another credit card or a One4all voucher)

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands,Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
