Black Friday Heating & Air Deals

Black Friday Heating and Air Deals

These three categories look related and are not interchangeable, so the first decision is which machine actually solves your problem. A heater raises the temperature of a room. A dehumidifier pulls water out of the air, which is what fixes condensation on the inside of the windows and black mould in the corners of external walls. An air purifier filters dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke and cooking odours, and does nothing at all for damp. Buying a purifier for a damp problem is the commonest mistake in this part of the shop. Timing matters here more than anywhere else too, because demand climbs from October as the heating goes on and peaks in the first hard cold snap, which is exactly when nothing is reduced. Black Friday lands in the middle of that climb, so it is the one window in the season where the prices move while you still have the whole winter ahead of you.

De Vielle, Dimplex and DeLonghi carry most of the heating range, with Shark and Dyson on purification and the fans that heat or cool as well. The full year round range sits in Heating, Cooling and Air Treatment, with Heating, Dehumidifiers and Air Purification by category.
