This part of the range covers the working fabric of a home rather than its decoration, and three areas make up most of it. The fireside is the largest: companion sets and brushes, basket fire grates, heat resistant stove gloves, fire bricks, stove rope and adhesive, ash vacuums with replacement HEPA and bag filters, chimney cleaning kits and soot strimmers up to ten metres, and chimney cowls including bird-screened stainless steel versions for open flues. Lighting is the second, covering standard and specialist bulbs such as heat resistant oven lamps, four pin PL-T tubes, flicker flame and night lights. Storage is the third, with four and five tier plastic and galvanised boltless shelving units and wall mounted twin slotted brackets. Bird guarding a cowl is worth doing before nesting season rather than after.
