The Bialetti Preziosa Pressofiltro is a 3 cup (350ml) French press that provides one of the simplest methods of brewing rich, aromatic coffee at home. Add coarse ground coffee, pour in hot water (just off the boil), allow to steep for 3-4 minutes, then press the stainless steel plunger down to separate the grounds. The full-immersion brewing method extracts maximum flavour and natural oils from the coffee, delivering a full-bodied cup with more depth than drip or pod machines. The Preziosa is equally suitable for steeping loose leaf tea, herbal blends, and infusions.
