The FCP403N/E uses a rear-mounted fan to circulate heat evenly from the top and bottom elements throughout the 65-litre cavity, which reduces cooking times and helps achieve consistent results across all shelf positions. Two wire shelves and four shelf positions give you flexibility when cooking dishes of different heights simultaneously.

Four cooking functions including a full-width grill:

The four functions cover Fan Oven, Grill, Grill with Fan, and Light Only, which between them handle the everyday range of baking, roasting, and grilling tasks. The integrated grill runs the full width of the cavity and is variable, so you can adjust the heat output to suit delicate fish as readily as thicker cuts of meat. A grill pan is included in the box.

Easy Clean Enamel interior and mark-resistant controls:

The cavity walls are coated in Candy's Easy Clean Enamel, which prevents grease and food residue from bonding to the surface, making post-cooking wipe-downs considerably quicker than on an uncoated cavity. Setup and Care

Installation:

The FCP403N/E is designed to fit a standard 60 cm kitchen niche measuring 590 mm H x 560 mm W x 560 mm D. The oven requires hardwiring to a fused spur rated at 13 A - professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended to ensure safe and correct connection.

First use:

Before cooking food for the first time, run the oven empty at its maximum temperature for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue and eliminate any initial odour from the enamel coating. Ensure the kitchen is well ventilated during this process.

Cleaning the cavity:

The Easy Clean Enamel lining is best maintained by wiping the cavity with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use, once the oven has cooled fully. The oven door can be removed entirely to allow thorough cleaning of both the door glass panels and the cavity opening. Avoid abrasive scourers on the enamel surface.

Ongoing care:

The enamelled baking tray, trivet, and grill pan are all removable and can be soaked and washed in warm soapy water. Wipe the mark-resistant control panel with a soft damp cloth only - avoid spray cleaners directly on the dial area. Check that the door seal remains free of food debris to maintain efficient heat retention during cooking.
