The Ecovacs Deebot T30C Pro Gen 2 delivers 20,000 Pa of suction power through a high-speed motor with straight-through duct design, removing embedded dust, debris, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors. ZeroTangle 3.0 technology uses a triple V-shaped anti-tangle brush structure to prevent human and pet hair from wrapping around the main brush bar during cleaning. This eliminates the most common maintenance task on conventional robot vacuums, keeping suction consistent without manual hair removal. The ARClean anti-tangle side brush extends to reach edges and corners whilst maintaining zero-distance contact with walls.

Setup and Care

Station placement and initial mapping:

Position the OMNI Station against a wall on a flat, hard surface with at least 50cm clearance on each side and 100cm in front. Connect the power cable and fill the 4 litre clean water tank. Install the dust bag and solid cleaning agent. Place the robot on the station to charge fully. Download the ECOVACS HOME app and follow the in-app prompts to connect the robot to your Wi-Fi network. Run the initial mapping session, which creates a full floor plan in approximately 6 minutes per 100 square metres.

Configuring rooms, no-go zones, and cleaning schedules:

After mapping, use the app to label rooms, draw no-go zones and virtual barriers, and create cleaning schedules. Assign different suction and mopping intensities per room based on floor type and traffic. Enable Carpet First to ensure all carpets are vacuumed before hard floor mopping begins. Save the map and repeat on additional floors for multi-level homes.

Using the OMNI Station and YIKO voice control:

The station operates automatically after each cleaning session. Monitor the app for alerts when the dust bag is full, the clean water tank needs refilling, or the dirty water tank needs emptying. Replace the solid cleaning agent approximately every 30 days. Use the YIKO AI voice assistant by saying "OK YIKO" followed by your command, or control via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa through your smart speaker.

Maintenance and part replacement:

The filter system provides up to 150 days of operation before replacement. The fully detachable baseplate on the OMNI Station makes cleaning straightforward. Replace mop pads when they show signs of wear. The ZeroTangle 3.0 main brush requires minimal manual maintenance but should be inspected monthly. Keep the LiDAR sensor on top of the robot and the TrueDetect 3D sensors on the front clear from dust for optimal navigation and obstacle avoidance accuracy.
