With a throw ratio of 1.20:1, the EF-61G can fill a 150-inch screen from just 0.8 m to 4 m projection distance, making it practical for living rooms, bedrooms, or outdoor use. Minimum screen size is 30 inches, giving flexibility for smaller spaces or closer seating arrangements.

Intelligent Instant Setup removes the manual adjustment:

On power-on, Intelligent Instant Setup automatically applies auto focus, auto vertical and horizontal keystone correction (±20°), auto obstacle avoidance, and auto screen fit. The result is a correctly aligned, sharp image within seconds, without manual tweaking of projection geometry.

Sound by Bose - no separate speaker required:

Audio is handled by a custom Bose-tuned 5W + 5W two-way stereo system with dual passive radiator, processing Dolby Audio across Cinema, Dialogue, Music, and Standard sound modes. Setup and Care

Placement and positioning:

The EF-61G is designed for desktop, floor, or TV cabinet placement. Position the projector between 0.8 m and 4 m from your projection surface to achieve screen sizes from 30 to 150 inches. Intelligent Instant Setup handles focus and alignment automatically on power-on.

Connectivity:

Connect a games console, set-top box, or Blu-ray player via the HDMI (ARC/eARC) port for external source playback. For wireless use, connect to a Wi-Fi 6 network and sign in to the Google TV platform to access streaming services directly.

Bluetooth speaker mode:

Pair the EF-61G as a Bluetooth 5.2 speaker from a smartphone, tablet, or other device for standalone audio use without projection. The Epson Projection Studio companion app also allows content sharing and projection control from a mobile device.

Routine care:

Keep ventilation slots clear and ensure adequate airflow around the unit during use. The LED light source requires no replacement across its 20,000-hour rated lifespan. Wipe exterior surfaces with a dry or lightly dampened cloth; avoid harsh cleaning agents.
