Setup and Care

Station placement and initial mapping:

Position the self-empty station against a wall on a flat, hard surface with clearance on each side for the robot to dock. Connect the power cable. Place the robot on the station to charge fully. Download the app and connect the Nozzie to your home Wi-Fi network. Run the initial mapping session to create a LiDAR floor plan of your home.

Configuring maps, rooms, and no-go zones:

Once the initial map is complete, use the app to label rooms, set no-go zones around cables, pet bowls, and fragile items, and create cleaning schedules. Save the floor plan and repeat on additional levels to store up to 5 maps. The Nozzie remembers each map and switches when moved between floors.

Daily use and self-empty operation:

Schedule daily or weekly cleans via the app or start manually using voice commands. The Nozzie vacuums and mops in a single pass on hard floors. After completing the clean, the robot returns to the station and automatically empties its dustbin. The app alerts you when the station bin needs emptying or the water tank needs attention.

Filter, brush, and mop pad maintenance:

Clean the main brush and side brushes periodically, removing tangled hair and debris. Rinse the filter under running water every two weeks and allow to dry fully before refitting. Replace mop pads when they show signs of wear. Keep the LiDAR sensor on top of the robot and the charging contacts on the base clean for optimal navigation and docking performance.
