Fully automated base station - wash, dry, and empty without intervention:

The base station washes mop pads using 75°C water distributed through 20 spray nozzles, then hot-air dries them at 45°C - helping prevent odours and bacterial build-up on the fabric. Dust is automatically emptied into a 3.2-litre bag after every run, with capacity for up to 75 days before the bag needs changing.

CleanLift™ carpet protection and intelligent floor detection:

When the robot detects carpet, the CleanLift™ system automatically raises the mop pads so wet fabric never contacts carpet fibres. The robot uses dToF LiDAR navigation, a front RGB camera, and a structured-light 3D sensor to build 4-level 3D maps and store up to four floor plans for multi-storey homes.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the base station on a hard, level surface with at least 0.5 m of clear space on either side and 1.5 m in front. Connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and download the MOVAhome app to complete the initial map learning run before setting up schedules and cleaning zones.

Daily maintenance:

The dock empties the dustbin automatically after each run, so day-to-day maintenance is minimal. Check the clean water tank level before longer cleaning sessions and empty the dirty water tank after each mopping cycle to maintain hygiene.

Filter and consumable care:

Rinse the HEPA-grade filter under cold water every two to four weeks and allow it to dry fully before reinserting - never reinsert a damp filter. Replace the 3.2-litre dock dust bag when the app sends a notification, or roughly every 75 days with regular use.

Mop pad and brush maintenance:

The base station washes and hot-air dries mop pads automatically, but inspect them monthly for wear and replace when fabric becomes thin or frayed. Remove and rinse the main brush roll periodically to clear any debris not captured by the suction system, and check the side brush for wear every few months.
