The Stanley Jet Cut Fine Handsaw features three cutting edges on every tooth, cutting on both the push and pull stroke for faster progress through the material and a smoother finish compared to standard two-edge handsaws. The 11 TPI (teeth per inch) fine tooth pattern is designed for clean finishing cuts in softwood, hardwood, skirting boards, plywood, melamine-faced boards, and PVC sheet. The fine tooth count produces a neat, splinter-reduced cut line that requires less sanding or finishing after the cut.

0.85mm C75S steel blade with bi-material handle:

The 0.85mm thick C75S high-carbon steel blade resists flexing under load, ensuring maximum power transfer with every stroke and improving the accuracy of straight cuts. The 500mm (20 inch) blade length provides a good balance between reach and control for general carpentry, joinery, and DIY tasks. The bi-material handle combines a rigid core with a full rubber overmould for secure grip, vibration reduction, and comfort during extended use. An enlarged finger rest accommodates different hand sizes and sawing styles.

Built-in angle guides and clip-on blade guard:

The 45° and 90° angle guides are moulded directly into the handle, allowing you to mark cutting lines on timber without reaching for a separate square or protractor. The reusable clip-on blade guard protects the teeth during storage in a toolbox, tool bag, or on a workshop shelf, and keeps the blade safe during transport to and from site.
