Setup and Care

First use and flange fitting:

Wash all parts that contact skin or milk before first use. Select the correct flange size (24mm default, with 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm inserts included) to ensure a comfortable, effective seal. A correctly fitted flange improves both comfort and milk output.

Connecting to the Eufy Baby app:

Download the Eufy Baby app (iOS or Android) and pair the pumps via Bluetooth. The app provides remote control of suction, speed, heat settings, and OptiRhythm personalised pumping rhythms. Session tracking records volume, duration, and patterns over time.

Using HeatFlow and pumping modes:

Activate HeatFlow before or during pumping to warm the breast and stimulate let-down. Select from 7 heat levels based on your comfort. Start each session in stimulation mode, then switch to expression mode once milk begins flowing. Adjust the 7 suction levels and 3 cycle speeds to find the most comfortable and productive combination.

Cleaning and charging:

Disassemble and wash all milk-contact parts after every session using warm soapy water or a steam steriliser. The pump hub should be wiped and kept dry (do not submerge). Place both pumps in the wireless charging case between sessions. The case stores charge for up to 5 days of pumping, keeping the pumps ready to go.
