The 65QNED72B6B uses Mini LED backlighting combined with LG's Dynamic QNED Color technology to deliver 100% Color Volume, independently certified by Intertek. Alpha 7 AI Processor and Picture Handling:

The α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9 handles upscaling, tone mapping, and noise reduction automatically, using 4K Super Upscaling to sharpen lower-resolution sources. FILMMAKER MODE™ disables motion smoothing and maintains the frame rate and colour grading as the director intended, while AI HDR Remastering adjusts HDR scene by scene for a consistent result.

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

The AI Magic Remote pairs automatically when batteries are inserted with the TV powered on. The on-screen setup wizard guides you through Wi-Fi connection, account login, and channel scan in a single session. The webOS 26 home screen is ready to use with streaming apps pre-installed.

Wall Mounting:

The 65QNED72B6B is compatible with standard VESA 300 x 200 mm wall brackets. The TV weighs 13.9 kg without the stand, so a bracket rated to at least 20 kg is recommended. Always follow the bracket manufacturer's installation guide and use suitable fixings for your wall type.

Picture Calibration:

FILMMAKER MODE™ is the recommended setting for films and streamed content, as it disables motion processing and maintains the original colour grading. For sports and bright-room viewing, the AI Picture Pro mode adjusts settings automatically based on the content and ambient light conditions.

Keeping Your TV Up to Date:

Software updates are delivered automatically over Wi-Fi when the TV is in standby, provided the setting is enabled in the system menu. The webOS Re:New Program guarantees free OS updates for up to five years from the date of market placement. LG also commits to a minimum of eight years of spare part availability and security patches through to at least 31 December 2030.
