Setup and Care

Positioning:

Allow at least 50 mm of clearance above the unit and 25 mm on each side for adequate ventilation. The flat-back PureFlat design means the fridge can sit flush against the wall without additional rear clearance. This model is rated for ambient temperatures between 10°C and 43°C (SN-T climate class) and is suited to a heated kitchen environment.

First Use:

Leave the fridge freezer to stand upright for at least 4 hours after delivery before switching it on, allowing the refrigerant to settle after transit. Set the fridge to 4°C and the freezer to -18°C as a starting point, then adjust to suit your household's needs using the external touch controls or the ConnectLife app.

Water Dispenser Setup:

Fill the 4.2-litre internal water tank before first use and top it up regularly. No plumbing connection is required. The tank is accessible from inside the fridge and can be removed for cleaning.

Warranty Registration:

Register the product at hisense.warrantyonline.co.uk within 90 days of purchase to extend the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty to 5 years at no additional cost. Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place, as it will be required for any warranty claim.
