The kMix KMX754ACR runs a 1000W motor through six speed settings, handling everything from a single egg white to 2.72kg of cake mix or 1.35kg of bread dough. The Planetary Mixing Action moves both the head and the attachment in opposite directions, so nothing escapes unmixed at the sides or base of the bowl.

Smart Speed Control and Fold Function:

Smart Speed Control builds speed gradually when you turn the dial, preventing flour clouds and ingredient spillage at the start of a mix. The Fold Function uses a 2.5-turns revolution mixing action, slow enough to retain air in delicate batters and thorough enough to reach the full bowl.

5-litre glass bowl with graduated markings:

The included glass bowl has measurement graduations up the side, so you can track quantities without lifting the bowl off the machine. The sturdy splashguard clips to the mixer head rather than resting loosely on the bowl, keeping it in place throughout the mix. It also includes a large feed tube for adding ingredients mid-cycle.

Dishwasher-safe attachments and wide accessory compatibility:

The K-Beater, Balloon Whisk, Dough Hook, splashguard, and glass bowl are all dishwasher-safe. The slow-speed hub accepts optional Kenwood attachments for grating, spiralising, mincing, grinding, pasta rolling, and slow juicing, sold separately.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the mixer on a flat, stable worktop with adequate clearance above for the tilting head. Attach the required tool by inserting it into the head and turning clockwise until it clicks. Fit the glass bowl onto the base plate and lock into position before switching on.

Choosing the right tool:

Use the K-Beater for general mixing - cakes, biscuits, and pastry. Use the Balloon Whisk for egg whites, cream, and light sponge batters. Use the Dough Hook for bread and pizza dough. Select the Fold Function when incorporating flour or folding in egg whites to a finished batter.

Cleaning and care:

The glass bowl, K-Beater, Balloon Whisk, Dough Hook, and splashguard are all dishwasher-safe. Wipe the motor body and head with a damp cloth only - do not submerge. Ensure all parts are fully dry before reassembling.

Optional attachments:

The slow-speed hub on the front of the mixer accepts the full range of Kenwood optional attachments, available separately. Compatible accessories include a pasta roller, spiraliser, mincer, grater, and slow juicer.
