Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface with clear space around all sides. Insert the pizza stone before switching on, and allow the oven to preheat fully before placing your pizza - this ensures the stone is at temperature and ready to cook from the first moment.

Using the Controls:

Set the temperature dial to your chosen heat level (1-5) and the timer dial to your desired countdown. The audible alert will sound when the timer reaches zero. Use the included stainless steel peels to load and retrieve the pizza safely.

Cleaning the Stone:

Allow the pizza stone to cool fully before removing it from the oven. Wipe the stone with a damp cloth - avoid submerging it in water or using harsh detergents, as this can damage the ceramic coating. The stone's surface improves naturally with repeated use.

Storing the Appliance:

Once fully cooled, the pizza stone can be left inside the oven for storage, or removed and stored separately. The compact footprint and 4.7 kg weight make it manageable to move to a cupboard or shelf between uses.
