The Leisure Classic CLB60ECK is a freestanding 60cm gas cooker in black with a 4-burner gas hob, conventional electric oven, and separate electric grill. Suited to standard Irish kitchen layouts, it runs on natural gas or LPG and features flame failure safety on all burners.

Gas hob with cast iron pan supports:

The CLB60ECK hob has 4 gas burners with separate controls for each zone. The layout includes a wok burner and a semi-wok burner for high-output cooking, plus two standard burners for everyday use. Cast iron pan supports sit flush and stable across the full hob width.

Conventional electric oven with separate grill:

The 54-litre conventional electric oven heats from top and bottom elements, giving consistent results for roasting and baking. The grill operates independently from the oven as a full-width separate cavity, so you can grill and oven-cook at the same time without compromising either function.

Flame failure device on all burners:

All 4 hob burners include a flame failure device (FFD) that automatically cuts gas flow if a flame is extinguished. This is a standard safety requirement and is fitted as standard across the entire hob, not just the larger burners.

LPG conversion:

The CLB60ECK is supplied for natural gas but can be converted to LPG for use with bottled gas. A conversion kit is required and installation must be carried out by a registered gas installer. This makes it suitable for homes without a mains gas connection.

Setup and Care

Installation:

The CLB60ECK must be installed by a registered gas installer (RGI) in the Republic of Ireland. The appliance requires connection to both a gas supply and a 230V electrical supply. Allow the recommended clearances above and to the sides of the cooker as detailed in the installation manual.

LPG conversion:

To use with bottled LPG, a conversion kit is required and the work must be carried out by a registered gas installer. Check with your supplier to confirm the correct conversion kit for this model before purchasing.

Cleaning the hob:

Cast iron pan supports can be removed for cleaning. Wipe the hob surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent once cooled. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the hob surface or burner caps.

Cleaning the oven:

The oven interior is lined with easy-clean enamel. Wipe down after each use once cooled to prevent build-up. The oven shelves and grill pan are removable and can be washed in warm soapy water.
