Fermentation Function for home baking and yoghurt making:

The Fermentation Function maintains a precise low temperature inside the cavity, creating ideal conditions for proving bread dough or making yoghurt at home. Setup and Care

Placement:

Place the unit on a flat, stable countertop with adequate clearance on all sides for ventilation. The door swings open from the right, so allow sufficient space to the left of the unit for the full door swing.

First Use:

Before cooking food for the first time, run the convection mode at 200 °C for approximately 20 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue from the cavity. This is a normal part of commissioning a new convection microwave.

Cleaning the Interior:

The Ceramic Enamel cavity wipes clean with a damp cloth after each use. For cooked-on residue, a mild detergent solution applied with a soft cloth is sufficient. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical sprays, which can damage the enamel surface over time.

Odour Removal:

Use the built-in Deodorisation function after cooking strong-smelling foods such as fish or spiced dishes. Run it with the door closed and the cavity empty to neutralise odours before the next use.
