Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the Mi Fitness app on your Android 8.0+ or iOS 14.0+ smartphone and follow the in-app pairing guide over Bluetooth 5.4. The watch charges via the included magnetic cable connected to any USB-A adapter rated at 5 V / 1 A or above.

Wearing the watch:

The TPU strap fits wrist circumferences from 135 mm to 205 mm and can be adjusted or replaced with compatible 20 mm straps. For accurate heart rate and SpO2 readings, wear the watch snugly on the inside of the wrist, a finger's width above the wrist bone.

Water use:

The Redmi Watch 6 is rated 5ATM and is suitable for pool swimming and shallow-water activities. Rinse the watch with clean fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine, and dry it gently with a soft cloth before charging.

Keeping the watch in good condition:

Wipe the watch face and case with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths or chemical cleaners on the display or strap. Charge the battery before storage if the watch will not be worn for an extended period.
