Scent and candlelight are bought for two different reasons and the range splits along that line. Candles cover pillar candles around 11cm, candlesticks and dinner candles at 7.5cm and 16.5cm, tealights and t-light holders, and larger luxury scented candles in fragrances such as lavender, sage and sea salt and Nordic vetiver. The practical difference between a pillar and a container candle is how it burns down: a pillar needs a holder and shows its shape, a container candle burns evenly to the base and is easier to leave unattended. Diffusers cover the other half, with reed diffusers and room sprays that scent a room continuously without a flame, which is what you want in a hallway or a room with children. Pure essential oils in 10ml, including lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus, sandalwood, bergamot and cinnamon, work in a burner or diffuser and are the flexible option.
