An electric health grill at this price point earns its keep through simplicity: plates that heat directly rather than needing a hob, a non-stick surface that wipes clean, and enough capacity for a couple of portions without a large appliance taking up counter space. Fit and finish varies by capacity, from a small grill for one or two portions up to a family-sized model, and floating hinge plates that adjust to the thickness of what's being cooked cut down cooking time on thicker cuts.
