To apply, you complete a simple, quick and easy online application form on your mobile or mobile device. Apply from home, on the move or in-store - It’s your choice. Please make sure that you are not using Internet Explorer when applying.

Depending on the chosen plan, there may be an application fee required up front upon approval and a monthly fee to run your account. These fees are included in your credit and payment schedules; itemised on your payment schedule so you know exactly how much you are paying. Providing you stick to your payment schedule, you know exactly how many payments you need to make and the total amount payable throughout your humm payment term.

How does humm work?

humm is a retail instalment payment plan facility! In simple terms, we’re an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card for goods on Heavins.ie or in store. humm allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across different plans.

Complete a humm application (please ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer) and if you are approved for finance with humm, you can use this approval to make purchases with us.

* Upfront fee's of; €40 application fee, monthly account keeping fee (dependant on your plan) & interest per month after your interest free period is over are applicable depending on your bespoke plan.

Am I eligible for humm finance?

To be eligible for humm you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide proof of PPS number & address
• Be an Irish citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
• Earn a minimum taxable income of €1,000 per month
• Have a current credit/debit card and a photo ID
• Have a good credit history

What documents are required?

If you have not fully submitted your application for assessment, you can resume and complete the application through the humm website, provided you have received a Resume Code. This code appears in the Privacy email you would have received when you requested your Consent Code.

Please note, if your application has already been submitted for assessment, it can’t be resumed. If you need to submit additional documents, simply reply to the email you’ve received from humm, or send the relevant documents to humm with your full name in the subject line.

Can I pay off my humm agreement early?

Yes, you can pay off your humm Agreement early without any additional fees or charges. You will only pay the balance owing (including interest) up until the point of closure.

You can make additional payments at any time, and you can do this as often as you like – simply log in to your online customer portal (you will have received an email about logging in when you made your purchase), and clicking on your agreement number, and click making a “One-Off Payment”. As we said, you can do this as often as you like!
