### Standard delivery (Republic of Ireland)
- **Free delivery** on orders over €499 (excluding bulky items). Note: the threshold is set in Shopify and may change — check the live banner on the site.
- **Same-day dispatch** for standard-sized orders placed before 12pm on a working day.
- **Carriers:** DPD or An Post depending on item size. Tracking number sent by email once dispatched.
- **Bulky items** (large appliances, white goods) are delivered on a pallet by courier and left at the front door of the house or apartment block. Couriers do not enter premises.

### Click & Collect
- Free from the Athlone store.
- Order online and we aim to have your collection ready within 2 hours during opening hours.

### Old appliance collection (WEEE)
- Free collection of your old appliance when buying a new large appliance (washing machine, fridge, etc.).
- Old appliance must be uninstalled and ready for collection.
- Operated under Ireland's WEEE recycling scheme.

## Returns

- **Return window:** 14 days from purchase for change of mind, on items bought online.
- **Condition:** Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Items not in resellable condition may be refused and returned to the customer.
- **Change-of-mind fee:** €6.99 (small handling fee).
- **Return shipping:** Free for domestic returns within Ireland.
- **Damaged or faulty items:** Contact us — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- **Statutory rights:** Under EU Consumer Rights Regulations (S.I. 484/2013), customers can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, with a further 14 days to return the goods.
- **Order cancellation before dispatch:** We are not currently able to alter or cancel an order once it has been placed. If the item doesn't work out, please return it after delivery for an exchange or refund.
