Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Position the machine on a firm, level floor and remove the transit bolts from the rear panel before first use. The cold-fill hose connects to a standard household tap, and the 1.5 m drain hose reaches most standpipes or sink outlets without extension. Allow at least 5 cm clearance at the rear for ventilation.

Detergent and Loading:

Use the dosing guide on the detergent drawer for the selected programme and load weight. ActiveWater Plus adjusts the water volume automatically, so correct loading helps the sensors work accurately. Distribute items evenly around the drum to support the load-balancing system during spin.

Drum and Drawer Care:

Leave the door ajar between washes to allow the drum to air out. Wipe the detergent drawer regularly and run a maintenance wash at 90°C with drum-cleaning tablets once a month to prevent residue build-up.

Filter and Hose Checks:

The pump filter is accessible behind the small panel at the front base; clear it every two to three months, or sooner if drainage slows. Check the inlet hose connection periodically to confirm it remains secure and free of kinks.
