Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the machine on a stable, level surface with sufficient clearance above for the bean container lid. Fill the 1.4 L water tank, add beans to the 250 g container, and follow the first-use setup steps shown on the Easy Select panel. The machine primes itself automatically before the first drink.

Daily cleaning:

All MilkMagic Pro nozzle parts and the removable brewing unit can be rinsed under running water after each use. The milk frother components are dishwasher-safe for a more thorough clean. Wipe the drip tray and exterior with a damp cloth as needed.

Descaling and deep cleaning:

The Calc'n Clean programme walks through a combined descaling and cleaning cycle with on-screen prompts. Bosch recommends using genuine Bosch descaling tablets (TCZ8002A) and cleaning tablets (TCZ8001A), available separately, for best results.

Water quality:

A compatible Bosch water filter (TCZ7003 or TCZ7033, sold separately) can be fitted to the tank to reduce limescale build-up and extend the interval between descaling cycles. Using filtered or low-mineral water will help maintain machine performance over time.
