Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Attach the pre-assembled castor wheels, plug the 2m power cable into a standard 13A wall socket, and power on. Download the My Comfort Hub app and connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to enable app-based scheduling and remote control. The LED interface allows direct mode and temperature selection without the app if preferred.

Choosing the Right Location:

Position the radiator on a level floor away from soft furnishings and curtains, with adequate clearance at the front and rear for airflow. The 360° castor wheels and dual handles make it straightforward to move between rooms as required. Keep the power cable tidy using the built-in cable storage to reduce trip hazards.

Energy-Efficient Operation:

Use the Sleep mode for overnight heating and the Eco function to let the ECC system optimise output automatically. Set a schedule through the My Comfort Hub app so the radiator heats only when needed, making the most of the up-to-25% energy saving potential versus unmanaged operation.

Maintenance:

Oil-filled radiators require no refilling or servicing of the oil system. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a dry or lightly damp cloth when the unit is cool and unplugged. Check that the castor wheels move freely and that the cable is undamaged before each heating season.
