The bristle stiffness provides thorough cleaning power whilst remaining flexible enough to navigate bends and narrow sections within the flue. Regular chimney sweeping prevents chimney fires and ensures safe, efficient operation of open fireplaces and stoves.
Brass threaded ferrule for secure attachment to chimney rods:
The brass threaded ferrule screws securely onto standard chimney sweeping rods (sold separately), providing a reliable connection during use. The brass construction resists corrosion from soot and moisture exposure, maintaining a secure thread over repeated use. Simply attach the brush head to your chimney rod set and push through the flue from the fireplace opening or from the chimney pot above.
