Installation and dock placement for ProLeap performance: Place the PowerDock on a hard, level floor with at least 50cm clearance on all sides for optimal robot docking. The dock measures 46 x 34 x 59cm - confirm space availability before purchasing. Position near a power outlet and ideally near where you prefer to manage water/detergent refills. Plug in the dock and fill the clean water tank and detergent reservoir with Dreame's cleaning solution concentrate. Ensure the dock sits on a flat surface; uneven placement may prevent reliable auto-docking and charging.

First mapping run and app setup for multi-room customisation: Download the Dreamehome app, create an account, and pair the robot via Bluetooth or QR code. Allow 5-10 minutes for the robot to complete its first mapping run - during this time, remove obstacles like toys, cables, and pet bowls to help LiDAR learn your home's layout accurately. Once mapping is complete, the app lets you label rooms, set no-go zones, assign different suction levels and mop water amounts per room, and schedule cleaning by day and time. You can store up to 4 floor maps for multi-level homes.

Routine maintenance and consumable management for 100-day autonomous operation: The base station handles dustbin emptying and mop washing automatically. Check the dust bag every 100 days and replace when full. Refill the clean water tank and detergent reservoir as the dock prompts (typically weekly or biweekly, depending on cleaning frequency).
