What should I do with my dreame vacuum if I am not going to use them for a long time?

It is recommended to fully charge the vacuum before storing it in dry and cool places. If you are going to store it for a long time, we also recommend you to fully recharge it every 3 months to prevent the battery from over discharging.

Why does my dreame vacuum not work？

1.Please check whether the vacuum is out of battery or low on power.If so, please fully charge the vacuum, then resume use.

2.Please check whether the vacuum is overheated. Overheat protection mode may be triggered by blockage.Please wait until the vacuum cools down.

3.Please check whether the suction port or airway passage is blocked. If so, please clean the blockage.

Your robot may have a low battery. The scheduled cleaning will not start unless the battery level is over 15%.
