The TriCut Brush 3.0 main roller features an integrated cutting blade that slices through hair and pet fur before it can wrap around the brush, keeping maintenance intervals longer and performance consistent.

ThermoHub Mop Cleaning at 100°C:

Once the robot returns to the PowerDock, the ThermoHub system heats water to 100°C to wash the rotating mop pads, breaking down grease and cutting odours before the station cools automatically. The AceClean DryBoard washboard distributes water evenly across the pad surface through 20 nozzles, then hot-air drying finishes the cycle so the pads are ready for the next clean. The dock's clean water tank holds 4.5 L, and the separate waste water tank holds 4.0 L, keeping clean and dirty water apart throughout.

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Place the PowerDock on a flat, hard floor against a wall with at least 0.5 m of clear space on each side and 1.5 m in front. Connect the dock to mains power, fill the clean water tank, and install a dust bag before switching the robot on. Download the Dreamehome app (iOS or Android), create an account, and follow the in-app steps to connect the robot to your Wi-Fi and complete your first mapping run.

Routine Maintenance:

The PowerDock handles dust bag emptying, mop washing, and mop drying automatically after each session, so day-to-day upkeep is minimal. Top up the clean water tank and empty the waste water tank regularly based on usage frequency. The included floor cleaning solution can be added to the Automatic Solution Dispenser compartment as needed.

Filter and Brush Care:

Rinse the dust box filter under cold water and allow it to dry fully before refitting. Check the TriCut Brush 3.0 and side brush periodically and remove any accumulated debris. Replace dust bags, mop pads, filters, and brushes when wear becomes noticeable, using genuine Dreame replacement parts for best results.

Storage:

The robot is designed to dock and charge automatically between uses, so no separate storage is needed during regular operation. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (approximately 50%) and keep the unit in a dry indoor location away from direct sunlight.
