13,000 Pa Vormax Suction on Every Surface:

The Dreame D20 Pro Plus delivers 13,000 Pa of suction through its Vormax™ system, lifting debris from hard floors and automatically boosting power when it detects carpet. Ultrasonic carpet detection triggers the increase without any manual adjustment, so the robot moves between surfaces without missing a pass. The model code RLD43SD identifies this as the white variant of the D20 Pro Plus range.

HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush:

The HyperStream™ Detangling DuoBrush uses a dual-roller system designed to prevent hair tangling. Long hair, pet hair and fine fibres pass through the brushroll without wrapping, reducing the need to clean the brush between sessions.

SideReach Extending Side Brush for Corners and Edges:

The SideReach™ side brush extends outward when the robot detects a wall or corner, maintaining a 2 mm clearance and sweeping debris into the suction path. This means skirting boards, chair legs and room corners are cleaned on the same pass rather than left for a second run. The robot navigates using a LiDAR sensor combined with single-laser 3D structured-light obstacle avoidance, producing accurate multi-level floor maps stored in the Dreamehome app.

150 Days Hands-Free with the 5-Litre Auto-Empty Station:

The auto-empty base station holds a 5-litre dust bag, which the manufacturer rates for up to 150 days of collection before replacement. When each cleaning session ends, the robot returns to the station and empties its 500 ml onboard dust box automatically. Two dust bags are included in the box so you have a replacement to hand from the start.

2-in-1 Vacuuming and Mopping in One Pass:

A 350 ml water tank and detachable mop pad allow the D20 Pro Plus to vacuum and mop in a single run. Moisture output is adjustable across 32 levels via the Dreamehome app, giving control over how damp the mop pad runs on different floor types. The mop pad holder assembly is pre-installed and ready to use straight from the box.

Up to 285 Minutes of Runtime per Charge:

The 5,200 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 285 minutes of cleaning on a single charge. Recharge time from empty is approximately 4 hours via the base station. The robot supports auto-recharge and resume, returning to clean where it left off after topping up.

App and Voice Control:

The Dreamehome app gives access to multi-level floor mapping, no-go zones, virtual barriers, zone cleaning and scheduled runs. Google Assistant, Alexa and Siri are all supported for voice-based commands without the app open. No physical remote control is supplied; all operation is via the app or voice.

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Place the base station on a flat surface against a wall with at least 0.5 m of clearance on either side and 1.5 m in front. Connect the station to a mains socket, install the dust bag, and download the Dreamehome app to complete the initial mapping run. The robot will map your home on its first pass and save the layout for future scheduled cleans.

Keeping the Robot in Good Shape:

Rinse the mop pad after each mopping session and allow it to air dry fully before reattaching. The HEPA filter can be tapped clean over a bin periodically and replaced when suction performance drops noticeably. The HyperStream™ DuoBrush is designed to resist hair tangling, though a quick check every few weeks keeps it running at its best.

Managing the Base Station:

The 5-litre dust bag in the auto-empty station needs replacing approximately every 150 days under normal use. Replacement Dreame-branded dust bags are the recommended consumable. The exterior of the base station can be wiped down with a dry or lightly damp cloth.

App and Mapping Upkeep:

If you rearrange furniture or move to a new home, running a fresh mapping session via the Dreamehome app will update the stored floor plan. No-go zones and virtual barriers set in the app carry over to future scheduled runs automatically. Keeping the app updated ensures access to the latest scheduling and zone-cleaning features.
