The intelligent dirt detection system reads the level of debris on the floor and adjusts suction automatically to conserve battery when it is not needed.

Up to 90 minutes on a single charge:

The 8-cell, 2,900 mAh removable lithium-ion battery delivers up to 90 minutes of runtime in Eco mode, 30 minutes in Auto mode, and 10 minutes in Turbo mode. The battery is removable, so a spare can be swapped in without putting the machine on charge. A full recharge takes approximately 4 hours via the supplied charger.

The Dreame R20 uses LED Optic Technology - a blue LED light built into the brush head - to illuminate dust, pet hair, and fine debris that is otherwise invisible against dark flooring. Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the aluminium tube to the main body and secure using the electronic lock. Fit your chosen brush head to the lower end of the tube and charge the battery fully before first use. Mount the wall bracket in a convenient location to keep the vacuum and all attachments organised between sessions.

Choosing a cleaning mode:

Select Eco mode for everyday cleaning of low-traffic areas to get the most from the battery. Auto mode lets the intelligent dirt detection system adjust suction to the floor condition automatically. Use Turbo mode for concentrated cleaning of heavily soiled areas or thick carpets.

Emptying the dust bin:

Press the release button to detach the dust bin and empty the contents directly into a bin. The bin and all internal filtration components can be removed for rinsing. Allow all parts to dry fully before reassembling and using the vacuum again.

Filter care:

Remove the HEPA filter and rinse it under cool running water every four to six weeks, or more frequently during heavy use. Tap gently to dislodge trapped debris before rinsing. Allow the filter to air-dry completely - typically 24 hours - before refitting it to maintain full filtration performance.
