The Dreame H14 Pro wet and dry vacuum handles both dry debris and wet messes on hard floors in a single run. The 18,000 Pa suction motor - spinning at 125,000 RPM - picks up dust, crumbs, and liquid spills simultaneously, so there is no need to swap between two separate machines.

Self-cleaning so the brush stays fresh:

After cleaning, place the H14 Pro on its charging base and the self-cleaning cycle runs automatically. The PTC heater brings water to 60°C to wash the roller brush, then hot air drying finishes the job in as little as 5 minutes on Super-Speed mode or 1 hour on Quiet mode. This helps keep the brush head fresh between uses.

180° lie-flat reach and GlideWheel traction:

The H14 Pro lays completely flat to reach under beds, sofas, and low furniture - the brush head clears spaces from 9.8 cm high and the main body fits under furniture from 14 cm. The GlideWheel™ Power System uses motor-assisted rear wheels with an onboard algorithm to keep the machine moving smoothly, including when pulling it backwards. The Liquid Separation Motor™ prevents used water from flowing back into the clean tank, so lie-flat cleaning does not compromise the dual-tank system.

Smart control via the Dreamehome app:

Connect the H14 Pro to your home's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and use the Dreamehome app to set suction levels, adjust cleaning solution concentration between 1:200 and 1:30, schedule cleans, and receive firmware updates over the air. The Auto Dirt Detection sensor reads floor conditions in real time and adjusts settings automatically when app control is not needed.

40 minutes of cordless runtime:

Six 5,000 mAh lithium-ion cells deliver up to 40 minutes of floor cleaning per charge - enough to cover up to 300 m² in a single session. A full recharge on the included charging base takes approximately 4 hours. The 880 mL clean water tank and 650 mL used water tank (450 mL in lie-flat mode) reduce the number of refill and empty trips on larger floors.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the handle to the main body and place the unit on the charging base before first use. Download the Dreamehome app and connect via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to access all cleaning modes, solution concentration settings, and scheduling options. Fill the clean water tank to the marked level and add cleaning solution to the 120 mL solution box as directed.

After each clean:

Return the H14 Pro to the charging base to run the automatic self-cleaning cycle. The PTC heater washes the roller brush at 60°C and hot air drying follows - choose Super-Speed (5 minutes) or Quiet mode (1 hour) depending on your preference. Empty and rinse the used water tank regularly to keep the dual-tank system performing well.

Filter and brush maintenance:

Rinse the HEPA filter with clean water periodically and allow it to dry fully before reinserting. The Dual Rotation Self-Cleaning system and comb-tooth scraper remove most tangled hair from the roller brush automatically, though a manual check after heavy use is worthwhile. A spare roller brush is included in the box for straightforward replacement when needed.

Storage:

Store the H14 Pro on the charging base to keep the battery topped up and the brush head dry between cleans. The upright footprint of 275 x 265.5 mm keeps it compact in a utility area or kitchen corner.
