The CU20 Pro reaches full steam temperature in 18 seconds, with the boiler verified to produce steam above 100°C by GTT Surface Cleaning & Air Treatment Laboratory (report 0880-25A-01). This high-temperature steam penetrates deep into carpet fibres, removing over 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as verified by SGS (report No. SHFT250800042571).

High-Speed Beating Brush Technology:

The High-Speed Beating Brush rotates at 1,000 RPM and delivers 30 beats per second, loosening embedded dirt, grit, and debris from carpet pile before the 18,000Pa suction draws it away. Combined with live 100°C steam, this dual-action approach tackles stains and odours without the need for harsh chemicals.

4L Tank for Larger Rooms:

The 4L clean water tank provides up to 60 minutes of continuous steam, allowing coverage of up to 150m² per session with the 8m power cord keeping plugging to a minimum. The separate 1.5L dirty water tank collects extracted liquid, keeping clean and dirty water entirely separate throughout the clean.

Hot Air-Boosted Drying:

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Fill the 4L clean water tank before use and attach the relevant brush head for your surface. Power on and allow 18 seconds for steam to reach operating temperature before beginning your clean.

During Use:

Work in overlapping passes to ensure full coverage, allowing the High-Speed Beating Brush and steam to treat each section thoroughly. The 8m cord gives a wide working radius, reducing the need to change sockets mid-session.

After Each Use:

Empty and rinse the dirty water tank after every session to prevent residue build-up. Allow the clean water tank to drain fully and store the unit upright in a dry location.

Maintenance:

Rinse all brush attachments after use and allow to air dry fully before storing. Check the hose and attachments periodically for blockages and clean as needed to maintain suction and steam performance.
