Setup and Care

Station placement and initial mapping:

Position the UniClean Station against a wall on a flat, hard surface with at least 50cm clearance on each side and 100cm in front for the robot to dock and undock. Connect the power cable to a mains socket. Fill the clean water tank and ensure the dust bag is installed. Place the robot on the station to charge fully. Download the eufy Clean app, connect the robot to your Wi-Fi, and run the initial mapping session to create a 3D floor plan of your home.

Configuring rooms, schedules, and cleaning preferences:

After mapping, use the app to label rooms, set no-go zones, and create cleaning schedules. Assign different suction levels and mopping intensities to each room based on floor type and traffic. Schedule daily, weekly, or custom routines. Activate carpet detection to ensure the robot automatically increases suction and lifts the mop when transitioning from hard floor to carpet.

Using the 12-in-1 UniClean Station:

The station operates automatically after each cleaning session. The robot docks, empties its dustbin into the 2.5L bag, and the station washes and dries the mop pad. The station dispenses detergent automatically from the built-in reservoir. Replace the dust bag when the app indicates it is full (approximately every 68 days). Refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank as prompted by the app.

Maintenance and part replacement:

Check the main brush, side brush, and filter periodically via the maintenance section in the app. The DuoSpiral anti-tangle brush requires less frequent cleaning than standard brush bars but should be checked monthly. Rinse the washable filter under running water every two weeks and allow to dry fully before refitting. Replace mop pads, filters, and brushes when the app maintenance tracker indicates they are due. Keep the LiDAR sensor and 3D MatrixEye lens clean with a soft, dry cloth for optimal navigation accuracy.
