Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and pair via Bluetooth to complete initial setup. The app handles Wi-Fi configuration for music downloads and syncs your training history and health data.

Downloading music:

Connect the watch to a Wi-Fi network via the Garmin Connect app, then sync playlists directly from Spotify, Amazon Music, or Deezer to the 4 GB onboard storage. Pair your Bluetooth headphones from the watch's music settings before heading out.

Charging:

Use the supplied 4-pin charging cable with any standard USB-C power source. Charge within the 0°C to 45°C temperature range for best battery health. A full charge supports up to 10 days of smartwatch use.

Caring for the watch:

Rinse the watch and band with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine. The silicone band can be removed via the quick-release pin for cleaning. Store away from prolonged direct sunlight when not in use.
