Setup and Care

Positioning:

Allow at least 50 mm of clearance behind the machine for the inlet and drain hoses. The machine is freestanding and does not require fixing to a wall or adjacent unit. Level the adjustable feet on a firm, flat surface before first use to keep vibration to a minimum during the spin cycle.

First use:

Remove the transit bolts from the rear of the machine before switching on - these are supplied with red plastic spacers and must be kept for any future transport. Download the hOn app and connect via the machine's Wi-Fi or BLUETOOTH settings to register the product and access the full range of cycles and scheduling options.

Ongoing care:

The Smart Dual Spray cleans the drum and gasket during each rinse phase, reducing routine maintenance. Run the Drum Clean programme periodically and wipe the door seal and detergent drawer after use to keep the machine in good working order.

Detergent and dosing:

The AI Smart Cycle adjusts detergent dosage recommendations based on load size and fabric type, which helps avoid over-dosing. Use a detergent appropriate for the fabric type and programme selected; liquid or pod formats are suitable for most programmes including delicates and wool.
