Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the stand using the included screws before placing the TV on a flat, stable surface. The on-screen setup guide walks through Wi-Fi connection, LG account sign-in, and input configuration in a few straightforward steps. The Magic Remote pairs automatically on first use.

Wall mounting:

The 75QNED7EB3A is compatible with VESA 300 x 300 mm wall mounts, sold separately. Ensure the chosen bracket is rated for a minimum of 22.5 kg. Professional installation is recommended for wall mounting at this screen size.

Keeping the screen clean:

Power off and allow the panel to cool before cleaning. Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth and wipe gently in one direction to avoid scratching the panel coating. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the screen or into any port openings.

Software updates:

webOS 26 checks for and applies updates automatically when connected to Wi-Fi, keeping the TV's features and security current. The webOS Re:New programme means major OS updates can be applied without replacing the hardware.
