Setup and Care

Getting started:

Mount the radiator securely on a wall using appropriate fixings for your wall type, with the unit positioned clear of soft furnishings and curtains. Plug the 1.5 m mains cable into a standard wall outlet, then download the MP SmartEnergy App (iOS App Store or Google Play) and follow the in-app pairing steps to connect via Wi-Fi.

Setting your heating schedule:

Use the app to set daily or weekly schedules and select your preferred heat mode - Comfort, Eco, Frost Protection, or Custom. The on-unit touch display with LED readout allows quick manual adjustments without opening the app, and voice command integration adds further convenience once paired with a compatible smart home assistant.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Switch the radiator off at the wall and allow it to cool fully before cleaning. Wipe the outer casing with a dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or water near the display and cable entry points. The aluminium fins can be dusted with a soft brush or vacuum attachment to maintain efficient heat transfer.

Safety checks:

Ensure the child lock is activated when the radiator is in use in rooms with young children. The overheat detection and Open-Window Detection features operate automatically, but periodically check that ventilation around the unit is unobstructed.
