The CleanChop roller brush features an integrated cutting mechanism that actively slices hair strands before they can wrap around the brush - independent lab testing recorded zero percent hair tangles on a standardised 7-inch hair pickup test. FlexReach and automatic mop removal for mixed-floor homes:

The FlexReach system extends the side brush and mop outward to clean along skirting boards and into corners, reaching up to 4 cm under low furniture. Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the base station on a hard, level surface with at least 0.5 m of clear space on each side and 1.5 m in front. Download the MOVAhome app, connect to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and follow the in-app setup guide. The robot will run an initial mapping session to build a 3D floor plan of your home before its first full clean.

Routine maintenance:

The base station washes and dries the mop pads automatically after each session - no manual intervention needed for daily care. Top up the clean water tank and check the dirty water tank regularly based on your mopping frequency. Replace the 3.2-litre dust bag when the app notifies you, typically every 60 to 75 days under normal use.

Brush and filter care:

Rinse the washboard filter under clean water every two to four weeks and allow it to dry fully before reinstalling. The CleanChop brush resists hair tangling by design, but a quick visual check every few weeks keeps performance at its best. Wipe down the LiDAR sensor window and camera lens with a dry cloth monthly to maintain accurate navigation.

Mop pad replacement:

The microfibre mop pads attach magnetically and are machine washable for extended life. Replace them when they show visible wear or reduced mopping performance - MOVA-compatible replacement pads are available separately. Use only MOVA-approved cleaning detergent in the auto-detergent compartment to protect the internal pump and mop pad fibres.
