Flexible cooking zones for any pot size:

The T66FHX4L0 features two FlexInduction zones - one on the left and one on the right - each formed by merging two 230 x 190 mm induction zones into a single 230 x 380 mm cooking area. Pan Detection automatically reads the size, shape, and position of your cookware and activates only the relevant portion of the flex zone, so there is no wasted energy heating unused surface.

Twist Touch rotary control:

Rather than a flat-panel touch strip, Neff fits the T66FHX4L0 with Twist Touch controls - a rotary finger dial mounted on the top surface at the front of the hob. You select the zone by touch and adjust the power level by rotating your finger, choosing from 17 levels. The LED display confirms your setting clearly without requiring you to look away from the pan.

FrySensor temperature monitoring:

The Extended FrySensor monitors pan temperature against predefined cooking settings and holds a steady heat to prevent burning or overheating. This is particularly useful when shallow-frying or searing, where small temperature swings can affect results. The sensor integrates with the Home Connect app, where compatible recipes can guide the hob temperature automatically.

Home Connect smart app and hood control:

The T66FHX4L0 connects to the Home Connect platform via Wi-Fi, giving you remote monitoring and iService remote access from your phone. When paired with a compatible Neff or BSH Group extractor hood, the Smart Hood Automatic function reads hob activity and adjusts the fan speed accordingly - no manual adjustment needed. Home Connect also supports Magenta Smart Home integration.

PowerBoost and rapid heating:

All four zones carry PowerBoost, which pushes each zone to 3.7 kW for rapid heating - useful for bringing large pots to the boil quickly. QuickStart detects cookware the moment it is placed on the hob and activates heating immediately, while ReStart recalls your previous power setting if the pan is briefly lifted and replaced. The total power rating across all four zones is 7.40 kW.

Safety and installation:

Residual heat indicators remain active until the surface cools, and a child lock, auto safety switch-off, countdown timer, and switch-off timer are all included. The T66FHX4L0 is surface-mounted with no frame and requires a minimum worktop thickness of 16 mm and a cut-out of 560 x 490-500 mm. Setup and Care

Installation:

The T66FHX4L0 is a surface-mount built-in hob requiring a cut-out of 560 mm wide by 490-500 mm deep, with a minimum worktop thickness of 16 mm. A qualified electrician must hardwire the unit to a dedicated 16-amp cooker circuit - no plug or cable is included. Daily Use:

Use the Twist Touch controls to select a zone and rotate to your chosen power level from 1 to 17. Activate PowerBoost for rapid heating, or use the FrySensor mode when shallow-frying. The Home Connect app allows you to monitor the hob remotely and pair with a compatible extractor hood for automatic fan speed control.

Cleaning:

The smooth black glass surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and suitable ceramic or induction hob cleaner. Allow the surface to cool fully before cleaning - residual heat indicators will confirm when it is safe to do so. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners on the glass.

Cookware Compatibility:

Use only induction-compatible cookware - pots and pans must have a flat magnetic base. The FlexInduction zones automatically detect the size and position of your cookware, so there is no need to centre pots precisely on a fixed ring. Minimum recommended base diameter is typically 12 cm for reliable detection.
