The Ninja DZ901UK is built around DualZone Technology, giving you two separate 4.75L non-stick cooking drawers, each with its own cyclonic fan and rapid heater. Use the SYNC function to set each drawer to a different temperature and timer so that your main and your sides finish at exactly the same time, with no second sitting required.

Feeds the whole household:

With a combined 9.5L capacity across the two drawers, the DZ901UK can produce up to 2.7 kg of fries or up to 3.6 kg of chicken wings in a single cook, comfortably serving up to 8 people. When you are cooking one larger batch, the MATCH function mirrors the settings across both drawers instantly to double your portions without resetting anything.

Faster cooking, less fat, lower energy:

Using the Air Fry setting, meals come out with up to 75% less fat than results from traditional deep frying, tested on hand-cut French fries. The unit runs up to 70% faster than a conventional fan oven (tested on fish fingers and sausages including pre-heat time) and uses up to 20% less energy than a single-drawer air fryer such as the Ninja AF400, tested on whole chicken and jacket potato.

Six cooking presets and a wide temperature range:

The six presets cover Max Crisp, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, and Dehydrate, accessible via a button panel with an LED digital display. The temperature range runs from 40°C to 240°C, covering gentle dehydrating at the lower end and high-heat crisping through the Max Crisp preset at the top. Auto shut-off is built in as a safety feature.

Easy to keep clean:

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the unit on a flat, stable worktop with at least 15 cm of clearance around all sides and above. Both drawers slide in and click into place before first use. The LED display walks you through the preset selection on first power-on.

Using both zones:

Select your cooking preset and temperature for each drawer independently, then press SYNC to coordinate finish times. Use MATCH when cooking one large batch across both drawers to copy settings in a single button press.

Cleaning the drawers and plates:

Allow the unit to cool fully before removing the drawers and crisper plates. Both crisper plates are dishwasher-safe; the drawers are best cleaned by hand with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth to preserve the PFAS-free non-stick surface.

Storage:

Wind the cord into the integrated cord storage recess beneath the unit before putting it away. Store the drawers inside the unit to keep all parts together and protect the non-stick surfaces.
