Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the wand and floor head to the main body, then slot the lithium-ion battery into the charging base. Charge fully for 5 hours before first use to ensure maximum run time from the outset. The wall mount can be fixed at a convenient height for storage between uses.

Emptying and filter care:

The 0.47-litre dust cup is straightforward to remove and empty - check it after each session to maintain consistent suction. The HEPA filter is washable; rinse it under cold water and allow it to dry completely (at least 24 hours) before refitting to keep filtration performance at its best.

Cleaning the brush-roll and tools:

Remove any accumulated pet hair or fibres from the brush-roll regularly using the FurFins Pet Tool or a pair of scissors. The FurFins Pet Tool and Duster-Crevice Tool can be wiped clean with a dry cloth. Keeping all attachments clear of debris helps maintain consistent performance across all floor types.

Battery and storage:

Store the vacuum on its charging base so it is ready for the next use. Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged for extended periods to preserve its long-term capacity. The Flexology wand folds down for neat storage in a cupboard or utility room if wall mounting is not possible.
