Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Download the Soundcore app on iOS or Android to complete your HearID personalised EQ profile and configure controls, ANC levels, and equaliser settings. Pair via Bluetooth 6.1 by opening the case near your device and selecting AeroFit 2 Pro from your Bluetooth menu. Multipoint connection allows you to stay linked to a phone and laptop simultaneously.

Choosing Your Fit:

Rotate the ear hook to one of the five adjustment positions to find your preferred form. Positions 1 and 2 suit open-ear listening where ambient awareness is a priority, while positions 4 and 5 create a sealed fit for Adaptive ANC 3.0 to activate. The built-in sensors will detect which mode you are in and adjust the EQ automatically.

Charging:

Place earbuds in the case to charge; the case itself can be charged via the USB-C cable or placed on any Qi-compatible wireless charging pad. A 10-minute charge from flat delivers 3.5 hours of playtime if you are in a hurry. Avoid exposing the case to temperatures outside normal indoor conditions for extended periods.

Cleaning and Care:

Wipe the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth after workouts or exposure to rain. The IP55 rating means the earbuds handle sweat and splashing water, but do not submerge the case. Store in the case when not in use to protect the drivers and keep the earbuds charged.
