The 9.0kW heating element provides higher flow rates than lower-rated models, heating cold water rapidly and maintaining temperature consistency throughout your shower. Setup and Care

Professional installation and electrical requirements:

This shower requires installation by a qualified electrician and plumber. The unit must be connected to a dedicated electrical circuit with appropriate cable sizing and RCD protection. A 9kW shower typically requires 6mm² cable with a 40A MCB. The water supply must be connected to a cold water storage tank (gravity-fed) and must not be connected directly to the mains water supply.

Water supply and pump priming:

Ensure the cold water tank is full and the isolation valve is open before first use. Use the easy prime function to fill the system with water before activating the pump. This prevents the pump from running dry and ensures proper operation from the first shower. Check that the low-pressure indicator is not illuminated before use.

Temperature control and daily use:

Press the start/stop button to begin showering and adjust the temperature dial to your preferred setting. The 9.0kW element heats water rapidly. Select your preferred spray pattern from the 5 options available on the shower head. The shower maintains consistent temperature throughout use on properly functioning gravity-fed systems.

Cleaning and long-term maintenance:

Clean the shower head nozzles regularly by wiping the rubber nozzle face to remove any limescale deposits. Wipe the shower unit exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the white casing.
