Setup and Care

Getting started:

The S90H guides you through initial setup via an on-screen wizard covering Wi-Fi, Samsung account sign-in, and smart home configuration. SmartThings Hub and Matter Hub allow compatible devices to be added and controlled directly from the TV during or after setup. Two adults are recommended for lifting and positioning the 19.1 kg panel.

Wall mounting:

The VESA mount pattern is 300 x 200 mm, compatible with standard third-party wall brackets rated for at least 20 kg. Samsung's own No Gap Wall Mount is also compatible and positions the TV flush to the wall. Always follow the bracket manufacturer's load and stud guidance for safe installation.

Screen care:

Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust from the screen surface. For fingerprints or smudges, a cloth lightly dampened with water is suitable; avoid applying liquid directly to the panel. Do not use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or sprays on the OLED surface.

Ventilation and placement:

Leave a minimum of 10 cm clearance around all sides of the TV to allow adequate airflow. Avoid placing the TV in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as prolonged exposure can affect panel performance. The Glare Free coating is most effective when the TV is positioned away from direct overhead lighting.
