Setup and Care

Wall mounting:

VESA mounting pattern is 400 x 300 mm. The TV supports Full Motion Slim Wall Mount (Y22 bracket), which is sold separately. At 28.4 kg without the stand, professional installation is recommended for safe wall mounting of a screen this size.

Stand placement:

The Basic Feet stand has a footprint of 1411 x 326 mm (full spread) or 954 x 326 mm at minimum width, so measure your surface before assembly. Allow adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and cable management.

Initial setup:

Follow the Tizen OS on-screen setup guide to connect to Wi-Fi, sign in to your Samsung account, and configure SmartThings if needed. Bixby Voice Ready and Google Assistant compatibility are activated through the respective apps within Tizen OS during or after setup.

Everyday care:

Clean the screen with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners directly on the panel. The Eco Sensor and Auto Power Off features help manage energy use during normal daily operation.
